Navigating the Blogosphere: Wednesday=Collections/Customer Service

Apologies that this post is a little late today. I was up with the newest family addition most of the night!

OK, so we are 1/2 thru the week and on Wednesdays, I like to review blogs/news sites related to credit and collections, and customer service.

CREDIT & COLLECTIONS
InsideARM is always an excellent resource, in fact you can sign up to receive updates daily if you prefer. Be sure to check out their blogs as well.

ACA International, The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, has a news feed as well. No blog that I'm aware of as yet, but I'm sure it won't be too long before they have one up and running.

Collection Technology.NET - This is one of the best interactive sites out there. Unlike a traditional blog, this site has been developed as an interactive user community. Videos, events, user groups, forums, etc. They've also pulled feeds in from a variety of other industry-related blogs.

Michelle Dunn's Credit and Collections Blog - One of the nation's top credit and collection industry experts is continually sharing her experience and wisdom, in addition to taking your questions. Be sure to stop by.

The Pickle Fork - Of course, I appreciate you having this on your list!

Google Alerts - Type in phrases such as "Collections, collection agency, FDCPA, etc" and any time a news story hits the press with that phrase an email will be delivered right to your inbox!

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Steve Yastrow - C'mon, who doesn't need "ideas for creating profitable customer relationships"? Plus, his free ebook Encounters is worth a read.

CRM Daily -Because customer relationship management is a daily thing.

ICMI - Newsletters for anyone involved in a call center!

Church of the Customer - 201k followers...this church has game!

Again there are hundreds of excellent blogs out there on these topics, but these are a few I thought you may enjoy.
